Living with loss
Human support that can be provided both independently and as a continuation after the funeral.
The majority of our officiants are trained and accustomed to meeting people in grief, change and life transitions. Conversation support or therapeutic meetings can be booked as a separate service, or as continued support after the ceremony.
For those who have already established contact during planning and farewell, it may feel easier to take the next step. The conversations can take shape at the pace that feels right, without demands for goals, solutions or ready-made answers.
The support can be about grief, but also about other existential questions that arise in connection with loss, change or new phases of life. Sometimes for a shorter period, sometimes over a longer period – always with respect for the individual and the process.
Niklas Möller

Grief Circle and Writing in Grief
Through autobiographical writing and personal poetry exercises, a gentle space is created where grief is given words, form and context. Participants write their own texts and share them if they wish, in a safe and respectful group. Writing becomes a path to reflection, deepening and quiet healing – and an opportunity to meet in common.
Niklas has extensive experience in leading writing groups and also holds courses at Fridhems Folkhögskola, Tärna Folkhögskola and online.
Upcoming dates for grief circles are published here.
