Joachim has been a lawyer with a law degree since 2015 and has extensive experience in law in connection with deaths and family law.
He works primarily in economic family law and has over the years assisted in estate inventories, estate divisions and inheritances. With a safe hand and accuracy, he helps relatives through the legal processes that often follow when a loved one has passed away.
In addition to this, he also works with preventive law - such as wills and cohabitation agreements - to create clarity and security for the future.
When it comes to generational changes, regardless of whether it concerns a holiday home or a larger agricultural property, he offers structured and trusting support throughout the entire process.
As part of the Memorial Service as a whole, he contributes to creating context, clarity and stability in life's transitions.
